City of Clarksburg Building Codes

The City Building Code is comprised of the following International Code Council (ICC) Codes:

• The International Building Code
• The International Plumbing Code
• International Fuel Gas Code
• The International Property Maintenance Code
• The International Energy Conservation Code
• The International Residential Code
• Standards for Accessibility and Usable Buildings and Facilities
• International Existing Building Code
• NFPA 101 Life Safety Code (Fire Inspector)

The City Code Officials are responsible for the enforcement of the City of Clarksburg Building Codes.
