   Arlington Sewer Project
   1. Consideration of THIRD and FINAL READING and PUBLIC HEARING of an Ordinance Authorizing the Design and Other Preconstruction Services for the Additions, Betterments and Improvements to the Sewerage System of the City of Clarksburg as well as Costs to be Paid to the US Army Corps of Engineers in regard thereto and the Financing of the Cost thereof. not otherwise provided, through the Issuance by the City of Not More than $1,500,000 in Aggregate Principal Amount of Sewer Design Revenue Bonds, Series 2023 A; Providing for the Rights and Remedies of and Security for the Registered Owners of such Bonds; Authorizing Execution and Delivery of all Documents relating to the Issuance of such Bonds; and Authorizing the Sale and Providing for the Terms and Provisions of such Bonds and Adopting other Provisions relating thereto
   2. Consideration of SECOND and FINAL READING and PUBLIC HEARING of an Ordinance Authorizing the Design, Acquisition, Construction and Equipping of Certain Extensions, Additions, Betterments and Improvements to the Existing Sewerage System of the City of Clarksburg

   1. Consideration of a Supplemental Resolution Providing the Principal Amount, Date, Maturity Date, Interest Rate, Interest and Principal Payment Dates and Other Terms of the Sewer Design Revenue Bonds, Series 2023 A of the City of Clarksburg; Authorizing and Approving the Sale and Delivery of Such Series 2023 A Bonds; Approving and Making Other Provisions as to the Series 2023 A Bonds
   2. Consideration of a Sweep Resolution which would authorize monthly electronic transfer of funds to the Municipal Bond Commission in amounts sufficient to pay the monthly debt services on the Series Sewer Design Revenue Bonds and other related costs 
   3. Consideration of a First Draw Resolution which would authorize the first advance of funds from the Sewer Design Revenue Bonds to pay initial costs of the Arlington Area improvement project, to pay the costs of issuance of the Bonds, and to pay other related costs
   4. Consideration of a request from the WVHDF for support to pass the Affordable Housing Credit Improvement Act of 2023
