Clarksburg Firefighters IAFF Local 89 were presented with a $6,000 check for its Operation Warm campaign.  Operation Warm provides coats to underserved children in the community.

Samantha Norris, Communications Specialist with Dominion stated, “These grants are going out throughout the country in communities where we operate.  Operation Warm is incredibly important to the vitality of our community by providing basic needs (coats) to young children.”

“The need in our community for this program continues to grow.  Each year we are distributing more coats to area children.” stated Mark Walsh, Clarksburg Firefighter. “Both the schools and the families look forward to this program.  It is definitely more than just a coat to the kids, schools, and families.”
