Hearing Evaluations are offered, which are comprised of comprehensive diagnostic audiological evaluations, hearing tests for adults, children, and infants, video otoscopy for wax inspection and computerized hearing aid analysis. After going through a hearing evaluation, hearing aids may be the next step in a patient’s journey. Clarksburg Audiology and Hearing Aid Center offers a full line of hearing aids, specializing in digital and hearing aid technology. Assistive listening devices are also offered to ensure maximum benefits of the hearing device are achieved. Audiologists also see patients who are experience vertigo and inner ear concerns. Clarksburg Audiology and Hearing Aid Center works hand in hand with general practitioners, physical therapists and Ear, Nose and Throat physicians to achieve the best possible outcome for their patients.
Going above and beyond for their clients, Clarksburg Audiology and Hearing Aid Center, works with various organizations in the community and the program “Hear Now” by Starkey, USA based hearing aid manufacture, to provide those who cannot afford hearing aids with hearing aids at little to no cost to them. The Center is also one of the few Centers of their kind to accept Medicaid to ensure children, like all their patients are provided with quality hearing care.
Clarksburg Audiology and Hearing Aid Center is a proud supporter and supplier of Starkey hearing aid products. The Clarksburg Audiology and Hearing Aid Center supplies their customers with Livio digital hearing aids. The digital hearing aids help provide patients with the precise hearing assistance that they need. In addition to the precision, digital hearing aids also act as a fall detector, fitness tracker, blood pressure monitor, language translator, and are Bluetooth compatible.
Audiologists at the Center are American Speech Hearing Association (ASHA) certified and are members of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and West Virginia Audiology Association (WVAA). They are constantly continuing their education to maintain their licensing.
