The Fifth Floor

The Fifth Floor Logo

After 13 years in business The Fifth Floor is still Clarksburg’s prime eatery and martini bar. After purchasing the building for the location of her boutique Embellishments, owner Cathy Goings explained that she and her husband, Rick, recognized what a great setting they had located on the fifth floor of the building for an intimate bar. The Fifth Floor met the demand that Clarksburg had for an upscale bar in the Clarksburg area. From the Fifth Floor you have a view of the City that is unmatched to any other eatery or bar in the area.

The Fifth Floor dons an extensive drink menu, and specializes in martinis, single malt scotch, craft beers, and hosts a vast wine menu. In addition to their fully stocked bar the Fifth Floor offers a full menu of appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, wraps and flatbreads. The Fifth Floor is the perfect place to host private events, and has previously held ladies organizational gatherings, Christmas parties, and a wide variety of showers and private parties. The Fifth Floor is open to any hosting any function. Since the origination, the Fifth Floor has been a part of the West Virginia Jazz Society’s Jazz Strolls that take place in Uptown Clarksburg. Goings said, “I enjoy having the opportunity to converse with patrons who frequent the Fifth Floor and who are visiting the downtown Clarksburg area”. The Fifth Floor brings a quality you will find in a bigger city to Uptown Clarksburg by being located on at the top of a building.

The street-level entrance to the elevator that takes you up to The Fifth Floor is located at 134 S 3rd St, Clarksburg. It is open five days a week, Tuesday through Saturday. The hours are: Tuesday – Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and Saturday 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. For more information on The Fifth Floor be sure to visit their Facebook Page
