Eastpointe Shoppes, LLC

Eastpointe Shoppes Rendering Building 2

You may have noticed some activity in Eastpointe.  The former Sutton Inn has been demolished and construction is underway.  Speculating on what’s to come?  Get excited, because we’ve got some scoop.

The City is excited to announce that opening soon will be “The Eastpointe Shoppes, LLC”

Eastpointe is the unquestioned retail destination in the Claksburg/Bridgeport area.  According to Owner and Developer Jason Donahue of FEOH Realty, the interest in the project has been quite significant.

Eastpointe Shoppes will consist of three separate buildings and cover approximately 20,000 square feet.

Building #1 which is free standing, will be the first to open and house Aspen Dental.  Aspen Dental is independently owned and operated by licensed dentists.  This will be the first and only Aspen Dental in North Central West Virginia.

Building #2 will have a potential of five (5) separate leases and as of now include two (2) eateries and one (1) communications provider. Building #2 will be approximately 10,000 square feet and has an anticipated opening date of April/May 2019.

Building #3 is currently in the planning stages.

Over 60% of the project has been preleased.  Mr. Donahue stated, “I have worked on hundreds of projects in multiple states and the common-sense approach from the City of Clarksburg for the permitting process has been outstanding.”  He continued, “I felt like they truly tried to help me get this project done.”

City Manager Martin Howe stated, “It has been a pleasure to work with a developer that has the vision to continue to build upon and bring new retail and services to the region’s premier shopping destination.”

The City of Clarksburg issued a building permit on August 22, 2018.  The project is anticipated to cost over 4 million.

Mr. Donahue was named the Milan-Puskar Entrepreneur of the Year for 2018.  FEOH Realty is a real estate and development firm based out of Morgantown, WV.
